Muste - Multiplatform Survo Type Editorial Environment for Data Analysis |

Survo is a computing environment developed by professor Seppo Mustonen. Various forms of Survo have existed during the last 50 years. Muste is the latest reincarnation of Survo.
Muste project was suggested in February 2009 by Reijo Sund. The main motivation for the project was to implement certain unique or otherwise useful properties of Survo in the form of an open source multiple platform R package. Muste is mainly based on the original source codes of Survo provided by Seppo Mustonen.
Currently most the functionality of Survo are implemented. In addition, some new properties such as the direct running of R commands from Muste and easy transformations between Survo data and R data frames have been added.
